Laser Cutting
Classic Metal Works uses Mazak 4000W and 2000W lasers. Partnered with advanced software, the lasers can run simultaneously to greater increase production volume. The lasers are equipped with 5 feet by 10 feet material tables.
Material cutting capabilities include: 1 inch Mild Steel, 1/2 inch Stainless Steel, and 3/8 inch Aluminum.
Metal Forming
Classic Metal Works understands the tight tolerances our customers require. Our CNC Press Brakes with back gauge ensure each bend is within spec for proper fitment. With our proper equipment coupled with an experienced operator, we are ready to precisely form your part.
CNC Machining
Classic Metal Works offers CNC Machining Services. We are capable of offering short machining lead times, quality parts, and a competitive price.
Welding
Classic Metal Works understands how important the craft of welding is. Not only does the joining of metals need to meet standards, but the cosmetic appearance needs to be top notch.
Our welders are capable of welding TIG, MIG, Stick, and Spot. From food-grade packaging equipment, to large industrial structures we are capable of handling it all.
Assembly
Classic Metal Works does not only fabricate, but also assembles most components. With a full assembly shop, experienced installers, and high quality standards you can trust us with your assembling needs.
Finishing
Classic Metal Works offers finishing services ranging from orbital sanding to powder coating. You may rest assured that your part will leave our shop with the desired finish.
Engineering Design
Classic Metal Works takes pride in designing your project. We will meet with you to better understand your goals, and design parts using Solidworks to achieve said goals.
